Information we collect
We collect website URLs, name, email, company, optional phone and messages you submit when requesting an audit, consultation or preview. Audit/contact enquiries include your privacy agreement and limited attribution (campaign labels, landing-page path and referring site origin). We retain a keyed hash of your IP address and email for abuse prevention, not the raw IP in the enquiry record.
How we use it
We use your information to assess your request, prepare a website audit or preview, respond to you and manage the resulting engagement. An enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. Automated previews and human-reviewed audit requests are different services.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies
Optional Google Analytics is currently paused while we verify collection settings. When enabled, it loads only after you select Allow analytics. You can decline or withdraw using Analytics preferences at the bottom of each page. Forms work without analytics. We send page and conversion events, not your name, email, phone, message or submitted website URL. We retain limited first-party attribution in session storage to understand an enquiry’s origin; it is not sent to Google Analytics.
Third-party services
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storage, Resend for email, and Telegram for internal enquiry notifications. The preview workflow uses Google Stitch and OpenAI. Google Analytics is optional. Relevant providers may process information outside Singapore; each has its own privacy terms. Audit/contact details are restricted to service operators and are not publicly readable.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing josh@rebuildr.dev.
Data retention
Submitted URLs and generated previews are retained for 12 months. Contact details and enquiry records are retained until you request deletion or they are no longer needed for the enquiry or engagement, subject to legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Notification copies may also exist with our email and messaging providers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
