Find the right opportunity

Know what to automate before you build.

Your team knows where work slows down, but deciding what to automate is harder. We help growing Singapore businesses map one everyday process, examine the tools and information behind it, and identify an improvement worth testing.

01

Start with the bottleneck, not a tool

Repeated copying between email and spreadsheets, slow quotation preparation and unclear handoffs can have different causes. An assessment separates process problems from software gaps so the recommendation addresses the work, rather than simply adding another subscription.

02

What we assess

  • Map the current process with the people doing the work: inputs, decisions, handoffs, exceptions and owners.
  • Review document quality, data availability, permissions and the feasibility of connecting existing systems.
  • Identify frequent manual steps and compare opportunities by potential value, effort, dependencies and risk.
  • Consider simpler rules, system configuration or process changes before recommending generative AI.
  • Define human approvals, adoption needs and a measurable starting point for a bounded pilot.
03

What you receive

  • A discovery workshop and current-state process map.
  • A proposed-state process map showing responsibilities and control points.
  • An opportunity shortlist and prioritisation matrix with assumptions and constraints.
  • Initial value and ROI assumptions with a measurement plan, not a promise of savings.
  • A recommended pilot scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies and indicative budget for review.
04

A recommendation, not an obligation to build

Not every assessment leads to an AI recommendation. The right next step may be a simpler workflow, better data, a change to existing software or no build at all. Implementation, software licences and ongoing operations are separate scopes; an assessment does not include a production deployment.

05

What makes an assessment useful

  • Choose one repeatable process and a business owner who can explain the intended outcome.
  • Bring the people who handle everyday work and exceptions, not only the person buying software.
  • Describe current tools, approximate volumes, recurring delays and approval requirements.
  • Prepare redacted examples where possible. Agree access and data handling before sharing sensitive documents.

How to start

Send an enquiry describing the process you would like to improve. This starts a conversation; it does not automatically book an assessment or commit you to a paid service. We clarify fit and provide a proposal with scope and any assessment fee for your approval before paid work begins. Scope and pricing confirmed after assessment

Before you start

A clear scope. A considered next step.

Does sending an assessment enquiry commit us to a fee?

No. An enquiry is not a paid booking. We first discuss fit, then provide a proposal setting out the assessment scope, deliverables and any fee. Paid work begins only after you approve the proposal.

Do we need to know which AI tool we want?

No. Start with a process your team repeats and the friction you want to remove. We consider process changes, traditional software, rules-based automation and AI according to the actual need.

Can you assess a process without access to all our systems?

An initial discussion can use process descriptions and redacted examples. We identify what additional evidence or approved access is needed, and label feasibility assumptions that cannot yet be verified.

What happens after the assessment?

You can review the recommendations before deciding whether to proceed. If a pilot makes sense, its proposal defines the use case, acceptance criteria, controls, dependencies and commercial scope separately. Scope and pricing confirmed after assessment

A practical starting point

What is the most repetitive
process in your business?

Show us where work slows down. We'll help you identify a practical starting point and what it would take to improve it.
